ACES provides many services and programs to the community, especially women and youth.
Empowering WOMEN is an initiative creating an exchange of knowledge, experience, and contacts among different groups that generally work in silos within their respective groups (Ethnocultural, Mainstream and Indigenous).
ACES is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds, as well as those from Indigenous and mainstream communities, learn from each other’s experiences. Our goal is to help individuals with people, cultural and business skills required to navigate through life and to build a cohesive, successful community.
ACES provides hands-on experience within the Canadian workplace and helps those already working in overcoming barriers to their progress.
ACES mentors women to be successful, grow their business, promote cross-cultural understanding and navigate through life in general and the business and job market in particular.
